Kaizu rejoice. Generally nice QoL changes but I am a bit aprehensive about the Scoundrel bit as if it is not limited to Scrapper it could buff DF needlessly.

I propose the motion to nickname this particular patch "Kaizu".

Certainly, it will be very interesting to see how the Commando changes change their effectiveness in certain fights; I can see the Raptus, Calphayus, and Council fights in particular being made much easier on the healing front with the multiple Trauma probes.

As for the changes to Scoundrel, well, I'll reserve judgment until after we know for sure what's being changed.

Also, Bombers, whoo.

I was thinking, what is the animation for self-heal Hammer Shots? If it's not turning the cannon around and shooting yourself I'll be very disappointed.

Condensed Bomber component upgrade stats from the PTS, for those of you who don't know them already and haven't been on the PTS yet to find out. These stats do not include those for weapons, engines, or systems which can be found on ships already in the game, as there is no difference between them with this new ship, which are as follows:

(Unlocked for use immediately on Warcarrier/Firehauler; Unlocked for use immediately on Rampart MkIV; Unlocked for use immediately on all Bombers)

Primary:
Light/Heavy/Standard Laser Cannons (All Bombers)

Secondary:
Concussion Missiles (Warcarrier/Firehauler)
Proton Torpedoes (All Bombers)

Shields:
Charged Plating (Rampart MkIV)

Engines:
Shield Power Converter (All Bombers)
Interdiction Drive (All Bombers)

Armour:

Deflection/Lightweight/Reinforced Armour (All Bombers)

Magazine:
Regeneration/Munitions Capacity/Power Pool Extender (All Bombers)

Reactor:
Regeneration/Large/Turbo Reactor (All Bombers)

Sensors:
Communication/Range/Dampening Sensors (All Bombers)

The Warcarrier and Firehauler both specialise in Drones, whilst the Rampart MkIV specialises in mines.

All these great changes but the butthurt of snipers is the best part.
