To be honest, this wasn't one of my favourite episodes. I always ALWAYS hate it when a character goes through an awkward attempting to be assertive phase, where they're clearly bad at it. Also, Boxxy Brown is a Douche.

- Lyra looking all pissed in the background of the market scene. That is, until Bon Bon shows up.

- Lol. Gone With The Wind! XD

- So, with Iron Will's intro music, it seems to me he's trying to be like Gob Bluth from Arrested Development!

- Mr. Greenhooves! The donkey (?) from Canterlot's garden!

- "You laugh at me, I WRATH at you!" MFW

- The return of Psychoshy! "NOPONY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

While the whole "shy character trying to be assertive and overdoing it" plotline is a bit old hat, I still really like this episode. The best part being where she's first trying to use Pinkie Pie's reverse psychology strategy to negotiate, and they're cringing in the background while she does it wrong, then Pinkie buries her head in the dirt. Probably the hardest this show has made me laugh yet. Also, the "eye of the tiger" knockoff at the seminar. Good stuff.
