| Just to added an addendum; If you're planning on running more difficult content, like Hard Modes with newer players and Nightmare Modes, I would recommend not using 36/3/7 for the fact that it sacrifices survivability. Instead, I'd still recommend the 36/8/2 using the same rotation and rules as the 36/3/7. Diversion is really handy for Scum and Villainy, but the point for it can be removed for TFB. Independent Anarchy will serve you well during phases where many adds need to be defeated, Titan and Writhing Horror for example, and Cool Under Pressure heals a lot more than you'd expect for a 1% heal every 3 seconds. Even in fights with higher movement, Cool Under Pressure still does a ton of healing and will help out the healers immensely. For example, here is a link to my healing done during our Nightmare Dread Guard clear. My Cool Under Pressure did 35k healing, that saved our healers 3-6 heals (dependent on crits), which in tight healings fights can make a huge difference. http://www.torparse.com/a/366119/10/0/Heals+Given |
