So, a while back (about a year or so I think), some people announced they were going to create a fan episode of the show. At first, it was supposed to come out over the summer before Season 3. Clearly that didn't happen.
The team put up a video today however that has the trailer for the episode in it with a release date of "Early 2013".

Kinda related, Children of the Night also still underway, people involved were working on Bronydoc but with that finished they have time to work on CotN now.
