| Because, inevitably, the server transfer has murdered some of our legacy names, I'm wondering if people would be willing to help me (and others) decide on new legacy names and help me rename my characters in general. Before you go crazy, though, everyone's legacy name is reset (you get to choose it again) upon transfer - so don't assume your legacy is taken upon log in.
As for the first names being redone, simply make a character on The Harbinger with the same name as your character on Vornskr, then try to transfer. Or have a buddy take the old name for you. If the character name (not Legacy) you have on Vornskr IS NOT taken on The Harbinger, you WILL NOT be given the option to rename them.
Do you think the Manes may be able to finally have the elements of harmony?

| Ok, I tested this with BlastingGravy, my level 17 knight.
When your character is transferred, they will automatically be renamed with a bunch of random letters. They will then ask you to rename the character, because "WHARGARBL" or whatever is invalid. Your character will carry over all of its associated legacy stuff, regardless of which character unlocked it. You will have to rename your legacy even if your old legacy name is not taken. So if when you're asked to name your legacy, try your old one first (assuming you still want it).
In other news, the transfer process took less than 10 minutes, so that's nice.
I have already reserved a few new names for "Pinkie-pie," since almost every variant was already taken. I'd like you guys to decide which one I should use.
They are:

Partywithpinkie
Pinkie's (To go with the legacy name "Laughter") |

Just to clear up any possible discrepancy, if the character name you have on Vornskr IS NOT taken on The Harbinger, you WILL NOT be given the option to rename them (CrazyBE helped me confirm this). So for those of you who want a NEW NAME for your characters, make the old name on The Harbinger BEFORE YOU TRANSFER or have a buddy do it for you.
And yeah, I transferred 2 characters so far, and it was instant. I got the email that my character was transferred before I got the email saying my character was being transferred the last time.
Also, my vote is for Pinkie's. |

| So does anypony have any suggestions as to how I should to twilight? Twilightsparkle is taken (and pushes the character limit) and I'm in a rut to find a good name (My current idea is Twi-sparkle to show you how badly I am at this).....HELP MEH PLEASE  |

| I vote for Twilicious. You could try playing around with placing dashes or apostrophys in various places. |

There is the chance that their account is not inactive, they just haven't gotten around to leveling that alt yet. Still not used to being able to pvp any time i like. |

How did you find this out? I want to see if Dinky is actually being used and do the same. |

These bomb names are getting ridiculous. Maybe I'll rename my Juggernaut to Bottlecap.
