As many of you know, our guild roster in-game is getting quite full of members (nearly 450) and many of who are currently inactive. It is about that time we clean out all of the inactive players and their alts so that we may have a better idea of how large our guild is. Below is a simple Q&A post that should answer any questions including preventing your removal from the guild.

Q: Who will be removing the inactive members?

A: Fluttershy will undergo the process of compiling a list of active players and removing all inactive players.

Q: What happens if I was removed by accident or just returned to find myself out of the guild?

A: If you are removed please contact any of the officers for an invite to the guild.

Q: When will players start being removed?

A: On May 28th, in one week, the process of removing inactive players from the roster will begin.

Q: How long will the clean-up take?

A: Expect to see an accurate guild roster of active players by June 5th.

Q: Does this clean-up include Empire guild members?

A: Yes, you will need to include any Empire characters currently members of Star Ponies.

Q: Do MLP: FiM officers have to post their characters?

A: Yes, officers, Royal Guards and Manes included, have to post all of their characters' names here to prevent removal. If an officer does not post any of their characters they will be removed from the guild and stripped of their rank.

Q: If an officer is removed, can they rejoin the guild at their prior rank?

A: No, if they rejoin they will be a member but can become an officer again through the typical means of promotion.

Q: How can I prevent myself from being removed from the guild?

A: Please copy and fill out the form below in a reply to this thread. Please only include characters that are members of either guild. For an example please see the first reply.
