| We got Star Ponies going during the beta, and it offered a way to chat with other guild members and see who was online, but is there more to it when the game goes live? Is the a guild bank, a way to see who can craft a certain item, our own Star Destroyer we can use to rain death upon a planet and force the inhabitants to bow to our will? (No wait.... light side, light side.) |

| I would love to see some more stuff for guilds. Many other games have already done it and proved that guilds with more to do stay longer. Unfortunately Bioware still haven't said anything about it as far as I can see.. There's always the possibility that they just won't say anything about it until closer to release, or give us a patch later that let us make guild ships or shipyards.
I also came across this discussion thread on the official forums.
Personally, I think they will go for guild ships after a while if enough people play. It would be awesome to have giant GvG battles in space.

| really they would be pretty foolish if they did not take full advantage of how awesome this could be. Though I think they are worried about what happened to SWG which was pretty much a guild game (from what I heard). I would like to see some basic features with expanding features as patches come out.
imagine getting enough people and resources together to build a death star! (only to have it destroyed by one measly x-wing) just the dynamics and group effort would add epic flavor to what people could do |

| A guild hall (star ship) would be awesome. I didnt get to see much of the guild content I hope for a guild bank, quick mail between guild members, way to see what others can make. cant think much else that I would need. |

| Bioware hasn't given out much info on guilds, and it didn't seem like there was much to it in the beta. I get the impression that Bioware is saving most advanced guild features for post launch. It's probably a smart move, as people won't be concerned about it until later in the game, and right now they need to focus on ensuring a smooth launch.
Other than a few basics, I don't think we need much anyway. We probably won't have much trouble entertaining ourselves. |

| Here is a video of all the guild options that were available in the beta. I forgot to check if I could do guild mails, but there isn't too many big things. You can't check a player's crew skills, but you can add short descriptions to each person. We could come up with a method for tagging a member's talents in the description. |

| Judging from the Rank Permissions screen in that video, guild can't go very much. My main regret is the lack of any kind of guild bank, as Vette kept bringing me cloth when I specifically asked for metal (COLLAR SHOCK) and it would have been nice to just toss it in the guild bank for anyone who needed it. |

| I played SWG where there was no guild bank in the first place, but people would always store materials and give them out when people asked. I know there are many features currently not in-game that would be very nice but they aren't necessary. BioWare is first getting the game to have minimal lag and not crash before adding new content. Considering community outcry, I am sure guild banks are high on their to do list though. |

| I agree we dont really need a guild bank att launch if you find an crfting item send it to your favorite person with the skill to use it or keep it for yourself |

| If we do need a guild bank, what WoW guilds I was in did for that pre-Guild Bank was for the Guild Leader to have a Bank Alt that acted as a guild bank.
Not ideal, but workable |

| In the guild box, when you look at other players and see their description, you can have that short message. In my WoW guild, we always had something about our spec and professions. My Hunters was as follows:
BM/SV 450 Miner/Herber
The first part denoted my specs (Beast Master and Survival) and the second part told what my rank was in my skills (I was maxed out in Mining and Herbalism).
I'm sure we can use something similar here.

~D That's what I was thinking. There is no rush for it quite yet, but I am open to suggestions. Simple as possible please! I think the character limit is around 20 or 25 for descriptions. |
