Guild Hierarchy:

Mane Cabinet: The leaders of the guild. They hold the highest power and have the final say. Each of their in-game characters are named and modeled after their selected pony. Their forum and website powers are listed next to their name, and a sub-title in an area they have set as their greatest priority. Note, a Mane's noted area does not mean they cannot do other tasks. It just means what they are focused on in general.

Fluttershy: Forum/Website Webmaster

Founder of the MLP Friendship is guild. Heads forum and web technicalities, manages the guild treasury, and sets the agenda of the Mane Cabinet.

Pinkie Pie: Forum/Website Administrator
-Event Mane
The primary coordinator for most of the guild's events. They set the weekly schedule and orchestrate the player grouping when necessary.

Lyra: Forum/Website Administrator
-Media Mane
Heads media productions and media focused events. Organizing content and delegating tasks to those involved are just some of many tasks this Mane preforms.

Royal Guard: A step below the Manes, but just as important. These members have offered their time to help enforce guild rules, forum rules, and help to maintain a great atmosphere for all players. They do not require the high level dedication of that what is expected of the Manes within the in-game sense, but are still required to put in 120%!

Wonderbolt/Shadowbolt: The Wonderbolt/Shadowbolt rank is awarded to members of MLP by Manes. It is a privileged rank that is awarded to members who exemplify all of the finest qualities of a guild member. This rank doesn't have any more pull than a normal guild member, but signifies players that guild members may go to for help if an officer is not present or busy. Some traits Manes looks for are listed below.

• Member shows kindness and generosity towards all players.
  
• Member helps others frequently with any task.
  
• Member shows mastery of their primary class and is able to instruct and assist others properly on class mechanics.
  
• Member assists guild officers with events and other tasks when needed.

MLP Friendship is Magic Members: Everypony that is a member of the MLP Friendship is Magic SWTOR guild. They do not have any more pull than a normal forum member, but are well noted in the community.

Q: The MLP Friendship is Magic group is listed above the normal members, do they have more power than a forum member?

A: Nope. MLP Freindship is Magic guild members do not have any more power, or sway, than the average forum member.

Q: What is a Mane's role in the group?

A: The Mane's role is to lead the group. They personify the true spirit of the guild, and bronies. The highest guild and forum powers are reserved for them, and each has their own special role in the Mane Cabinet. They are either in charge of enforcement, guild events, the forum, the website, or other guild related items.

Q: What is the role of a Royal Guard?

A: The Royal Guards are the moderators of the guild. The make sure that the members of the forum are following all the rules, and that all the guild members are following conduct in game. Think of them as enforcement, or the Manes' endless supply of understanding.

Q: Why would I want to become a member of MLP Friendship is Magic?

A: Well to list a few reasons...

-We offer to help anyone in or out of the guild.
-Our goal is to promote a wonderful atmosphere for all players, and not just our own.
-Bronies are the coolest bunch of people to be around in general. We are statistically proven to be at least 20% cooler than all the other players combined.

Q: What are the application requirements for joining the MLP Friendship is Magic guild?

A: You must be a person looking for a respectful, casual, and fun community. Please see the How to join MLP Friendship is Magic thread for more information.

Q: Why would I want to apply for a Royal Guard position?

A: The guild would not be able to function appropriately without proper enforcement of endless love and tolerance. The Royal Guards supply this and even more to every aspect of the guild. They not only help to keep the guild organized, but also provide a key role in spreading good vibes across the galaxy.

Q: Can I still apply for a Mane position without being a Royal Guard?

A: As of now, no. We want to ensure that any incoming Manes have guild experience. This is for quality reasons. As we add more Manes the power becomes further stretched, and the current Manes want to be assured that the power granted to incoming Manes is being used appropriately. Royal Guards have well documented experience with the group, and will be more well known than an average member.

Q: In the Mane's application it asks for a "Requested Pony," what does that mean?

A: The Manes are required to select a pony to be their pony persona in-game and on the Star Ponies forum. This means they model their main character's name and appearance after their selected pony, and carry their character's title around the forum.

Q: Do the Manes have to role-play as their pony?

A: No, they can if they feel like it, and if the situation permits it.

Q: If I am promoted from a Royal Guard position to a Mane, do I have to be re-named on the forum?

A: Yes, for uniformity and clarity you must allow us to rename you to your respective pony persona.

Q: Why aren't Royal Guards required to have a pony?

A: Like stated above, the Royal Guards are for mainly enforcement, and don't require as high level of dedication. The leader doesn't require them to model themselves after any pony.

Q: Can the Royal Guards still have a pony persona if they choose to?

A: We would like all our members to avoid modeling themselves after any of the ponies in the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic series. This prevents confusion among players when it comes to Manes (our officers) and just other players RPing as their favorite pony. If you do want to RP as a pony that a Mane has already been assigned, please make a distinguished name so that people can obviously see that it isn't one of our officers. For example, FanDash, just try to avoid random numbers and symbols. Get creative, I don't want to log on to see 15 different Derpys one day!

Q: What is the difference between a Wonderbolt and Shadowbolt?

A:The Wonderbolt is awarded to a member's character in the Republic guild while the Shadowbolt rank is for those primarily focused in the Empire guild.

Q: Can I have the Wonderbolt/Shadowbolt rank given to my alts too?

A: Yes. Please inform the Mane of your alts so they my do so.

Q: Can the Wonderbolt/Shadowbolt be taken away from me?

A: Yes. It's removal can be used as a form of punishment by guild officers if deemed necessary.

Q: If my Wonderbolt/Shadowbolt was revoked, could I obtain it again?

A: With time and good behavior it is possible to reach the rank of Wonderbolt/Shadowbolt again.
