Yesterday, there were a lot of questions about vehicle pricing, so here are some hard numbers

Before you can use a Vehicle, you need the right training

Speeder Piloting Rank 1 - Level 25, 40k credits
Speeder Piloting Rank 2 - Level 40, 210k credits
Speeder Piloting Rank 3 - Level 50, 330k credits

Then you need to buy the speeders

Level 25 speeders
8k credits +90% speed

Level 40 Speeders
25k credits +100% speed

Level 50 Speeders
50k credits +110% speed

Dark/Light Side speeders
Dark/Light V, 99k credits, Piloting Rank 3, +110% speed

VIP Speeders
VIP Access (Collector's Edition benefit), 1.5 million credits, Piloting Rank 3, +110% speed

PVP Speeders
Unknown number of Warzone or Mercenary commendations, Piloting Rank 3, +110% speed

Thankfully, Cybertechs can obtain Custom Speederbike schematics through slicing missions. I just picked up one for a Level One skill (the 25k credits) that has a 150% speed to it. All I need to do is get to 25, rank up my cybertech, and hope I have the materials.

Several thousand for a speeder bike? That's so... so... much like today. What's the exchange rate for USD to Galactic credits, anyway.

I've played Star Wars Galaxies, and my level 30 character could earn 100,000 credits in 2 days of playtime. Anybody lucky enough to have parents who understand how identity theft actually happens that pre-ordered the game and can tell me?

Can anyone confirm that Cybertechs are able to make speeders scaled for level 40s and 50s?

The speeder schematics I have were found from slicing missions and are only level twos. I would assume that at a higher skill I would have the chance to obtain a Level 3 Speeder schematic.
