I have created a channel called Derped Videos which will mostly host good PvP matches as well as compilations of funny moments.

What video editing software are you using to render your recordings? Upping the quality is usually just changing the project properties and rendering to the proper format. It doesn't look bad at all, it's still in 1080p so I have no complaints.

That awkward feeling when you hear your own voice and it sounds different...

Just Windows Movie Maker, I have looked at some other videos and the drop in quality just seems to be a YouTube thing as they all look the same. The actual file on my PC is much more crisp. I need to figure out what is up with my mic, I think I had it set too low for Mumble or something so I'll just play around with that. I may also try some compressing that 5 min file has 700MB (still better than the 8G originals from fraps =D). I may also get some background music, doubt anyone will flag up such 'pivate' vids.

Because SWTOR is a such a polished game with a smooth engine and no bugs.

Something I have noticed when waiting for a raid to start in front of the Fortress. Muffled whispers are part of the ambient sound. I think I can make out the word "surrender".

I should not have gone Dark Side, the descent into madness has begun.
