I know that not everyone was able to see the whole Guild Summit (I couldn't either), so I thought I could be nice to have a nice list of points brought up during the summit so people can see if anything they were interested in was addressed. Please note that not all of this is for 1.2.

- Legacy Weapons will be introduced. These are strong low level weapons bought by level 50 characters. They do NOT scale with your level
- Ability to sent mail to alts cross faction will be introduced
- When you cast you class buff, it will also give the class buffs of all your alts
- They plan to add a huge quest that will unlock something for all of your characters
- HK-47 will be unlocked through the legacy system
- There will be Legacy banks to easily share items with your alts
- Multi-spec (not just duel-spec) is coming, but not in 1.2. It will be tied to the Legacy system
- The current Legacy cap is 50
- They are adding crafting equipment for C2-N2, tied to Legacy
- C2-N2 will be able to gain affection through gifts
- C2-N2 is getting a "voice restraining bolt"
- Cosmetic ship upgrades are planned
- They are introducing "Legacy Abilities" which give some class abilities to other characters

- Speeders are going to cost more, but speeder training is going to be removed
- Cybertech Grenades will have their cooldowns shortened
- Artificing is getting more colors and the ability to craft PvP gear and get some mats from PvP
- PvP crafting will be coming to other skills later
- Top end stats are available on all colors of crystals
- More Orange items, as craftables
- Moving crafting to more of a BoE basis
- Tooltip will tell if an item can be Reverse Engineered and if REing can teach you a new schematic
- New Resource Nodes coming - mostly in new content, but some back filled.
- Loosening BoP on crafting mats
- Purchased Missions will no longer fail

- Chat Bubbles are coming
- Social gear will be viable for everyone, not just light armor wearers
- A tauntaun pet

- Guild Banks
- Guild Emblem, can appear on your gear
- Guild Calendar
- Fixing and cleaning up the Guild GUI
- Guild taxation is planned, but no ETA
- Ready Check being added

- GUI Customization is coming
- Default chat box location is now at the bottom - now more accidentally telling everyone wwwwww12232
- Target of Target is in 1.2
- More than 2 windows can be open at once
- Companion Bar no longer covers existing bars
- GTN has less mandatory filters and "less stupid"
- No plans for Stealth Bar - few stealth abilities, and lots of people are turning off the cover bar
- Working on a Colorblind mode and improving the game for the red/green colorblind
- Unify colors to chest
- Corellia Dailies

I'm am proud of my ability to make Fluttershy swear.

Also:

-Future Hard/Nightmare modes will had additional mechanics and different rewards, not just higher numbers
-Normal Mode is now "Story Mode" and is mostly for fun. Hard Mode is the main gearing up. Nightmare Mode has the best gear, but is a real Nightmare
- Same Gender Romance is coming, as are some other romance options comes. They will come along with more Full Story some time this year. They will NOT just be the other gender's options with a few words rewritten.

C2 restraining bolt most likely a joke.
Hinted at certain legacy/story unlock requiring you to have characters at both sides.
Guild Capital Ships in the pipes but not coming any time soon.
Minigames coming after essentials have been implemented.
?????Ability to make 8 players join a warzone not coming with 1.2 but worked on?????

While the exact wording is probably a joke, the concept behind it definitely isn't. One of the Devs (Dr. Zoeler?) has this to say about it: "When one of your bugs becomes a meme, you need to do something). So, they've probably reduced the amount of dialog he has or something. Maybe one of the pieces of gear you can get for him actually is a restraining bolt that stops him from talking though. Who knows?

Or maybe you will be able to stuff him into the atm not functioning escape pod and send him to the moooooon! Muffins!?!

More bullet points I've been able to find:
- New Warzone (Novare Coast), Flashpoint (Lost Island), and Operation (Explosive Conflict) in 1.2
- Warzone Ranking is in 1.2
- Introducing In game events during 1.2
- 1.2 has new crafting scematics and craftable Augments
- Slicing will now give the parts needed for crafting Augments instead of the Augments themselves in 1.2
- 1.2 will have new Lightsaber Colors
- 1.2 has "Legacy item drops"
- 1.3 will have a group finder (single server only)

- 1.2 will have up to 8 players queue together for warzones
- Player Bounties are planned but have no ETA
- High Valor will offer more vanity items (Mounts, pets, etc

- New short duration Sprint ability
- Ship training dummies
- Ship Neutral GTN (Requires high Legacy Level)
- Ship Repair Droid
- Ship Mailbox

- Guild Progression will be implemented, but no ETA

So now I can have a lesbian character. Good to know what I have to look forward to coming back to.

One more thing, Jackie!

-Getting a race to 50 unlocks the race for all classes for you, and gives a small bonus. You can also buy the unlock for credits.
-Getting a class to chapter 2 gives your Class Buff to all of your characters
-Getting a class to chapter 3 gives their "Heroic ability" to all your characters. This requires a "Heroic Moment," like the Heroic healing ability
-Completing special quests will give bonus stats, longer heroic moments, and shorter heroic moment cooldowns for specific types of companions
-Getting Level 50 and Light V, Dark V, or Neutral will unlock abilities for your legacy (also purchasable)
-Valor and Social rank have unlocks (which can also be purchased)
-You can buy a shortened CD for Emergency Fleet Pass and Quick Travel

8 man queueing will be in 1.2 but limited in extend (only for ranked)

From SWTOR Forums:

Just to clarify, since I've seen this question a number of times in this thread. What we said was:
Cross-server PvP queuing is in the works
Once it launches, it will allow us to do things such as:
More level bracketing
8-man premade queuing
Ability to queue for a specific warzone


Another response:

There is no current timeline for this feature, and there's also no guarantee that it will all happen at once, but cross-server queuing will open up a bunch of possibilities for us. Once we have more details, of course, we will let you know.

David was trying to clarify the 'Future of Warzones' section of the PvP presentation, but that's caused a bit more confusion; apologies. I huddled with Gabe Amatangelo about this question and got a definitive answer.

You can queue as an eight-man Operations group in Game Update 1.2, for ranked Warzones only.

In the future, whenever cross-server Warzone queuing is possible, the plan is to allow people to create teams of eight which can be named, etc.

The PvP team is aware of the importance of ranked Warzones and PvP rankings in general, hence allowing eight-man queuing. Apologies again for the confusion. We hope everyone's going to enjoy the feature!


With that in mind I am very looking forward to the Explosion Horses of Awesome PvP squad.
