EDIT: The picture didn't seem to work. So I fixed the URL for you. :> When posting pics that has "?1324629474" or something similar behind the picture type you have to remove it for the pic to work. :3

Wat? That first quote is definitely not me. I never used 'swag'before. And I usually leave small traces on posts I edit that let me track them. :3 Also: who's using my color when editing posts? And there hasn't really been any rule breakers here in a while. I think it's okay to post pictures that has been posted in this thread before. There's too many pages for people to go through to make sure it's not a double. The closest thing I look for is pictures that is currently posted somewhere else on the forum. And even then it's pretty loose.
Also. Forum mane? Last time I checked I was the enforcer mane. I enforce our rules outside the forum too you know. :3

The 'derp' was a signature. Cyan was not meant to pretend I'm RD, it was the first colour I saw (it stands out well on my monitor). To avoid confusion in the future I will use the RG colour. I did not say there can't be duplicates I merely said the picture was there already rather than repairing the link i gave an 'op. cit.' style reference. Also because I am lazy (even though it took more effort to find the pic rather than just fix the URL, but that's the irony)
Also the picture in the quoted response was also broken...fixed now.

That's because I don't have the patience to sit in-game just monitoring the chat. =/ I never hear about anyone breaking the rules anyway, so there's not much for me to do. :< Either there's no one that breaks them or you're just not telling me like you should.

I looked into hacks for it as soon as I seen that pic it looks simple to change some stuff and at the same time I have no clue what to do =P
