Rakghouls = lots of mobs running in to Melee range where they are easier to tank. I'm okay with this.

I found the article and that kind of upsets me for the fact that first they nerfed Slicing, now Cybertech. I think Bioware doesn't like me being happy.

Here is the article.

I can understand the grenades because if more than one person was using them the stacks, even considering the five minute global cooldown on grenades, can give players a huge advantage. That's only in groups where they all are using grenades though. Alone, the five minute cooldown keeps me from actually doing any large amount of damage. I just use Waste bomb to have an extra snare and it only does around 1600 damage depending on the armor of the other player. That's not a lot considering I may be able to use it only twice in a match.

The Medpacs though is just silly. It's a PvE item and the cooldown is 90sec last I checked. If your fights are taking longer then that you're doing it wrong. As for them in endgame content areas like Operations them being "mandatory content" is just plainly stupid. If you have good healers you shouldn't need any medpacs at all. I've run both the Ops and attempted them on Hard Mode, one Sage and Scoundrel were able to keep all eight people alive with no problem even in the worst situations. The only time someone dropped was when a DPS got the aggro and the boss crit them after an AOE. On Hard Mode only the event encounters become tougher, the default mobs found blocking paths are the same strength as Normal mobs, so nerfing Medpacs is a waste of time. It's just community members who aren't Biochem users talking out their flanks.
