As the title says, Early Access will now start on the 13th, not the 15th.

I have to contact Bioware/EA/Whoever. I preordered the CE early, but didn't get a confirmation code with my receipt. I went back and the guy gave me a Standard Edition code because he was out of CE ones. I don't want to get dogged because the tool at GameStop effed up and didn't get me my code.

I was so stoked when I read the link to this on Facebook this morning. I am definitely going to be waking up at 6am on Tuesday since I work in evening that day. Watch me not get in that day and wake up early for nothing.

You crazy kids and your waking up early at 6. I get to go to work at 5:45. There is a half way decent chance that I will be sleeping for the morning after my first shift.

not to mention it is rolling access. . .not everyone gets to jump on at the same time. the earlier you pre-order the earlier you get in is what I hear. either way your account will be e-mailed a few days before you are granted access

Actually, they said that you'll be getting an email the DAY you get early access, which was the subject of a lot of whining on the forums. I'll post the link where Stephen Reid explains it once the forums are back up.

I know Gamestop, where I pre-ordered online, is supposed to charge you when they actually ship the game, but I am not sure about any other sites. Still is kinda nerve wracking none the less since I got the CE.

Pro: Get in game sooner. Con: BUCKING SCHOOL MAN. I know it isn't going to snow and cancel school for a whole week but I can always dream can't I?

Let's see... I can get away with skipping the last two days of school... so Tuesday and Wednesday are free! I'll have to do some studying for finals, of course, but general freedom! Assuming I get early access on the 13th. I redeemed my pre-order code mid-October, so I should get in on the 13th-15th.

If you redeemed your code in October, I don't know if you will be getting in that early. Pre-orders started back in July and so many people bought them the first day that some sites not only sold out for a bit, but the SWTOR site crashed from the influx of people trying to pre-order/redeem codes.

Although, I am not sure how many people they will be letting in with each rolling wave of access, nor how many people actually pre-ordered and when, so you may very well get in that early. Here's hoping it is actually on one of the first few days.

Well considering that I am still waiting for my code to arrive I will defo not be getting in on 13th. Also since I believe it is 'play UP TO 5 days early' I might not even get in on 15th as there is no guarantee...that would be a bummer

Where did you pre-order from? You should have received a code usually the next day or two at the latest from pretty much any of the places. I noticed you said you changed your order in a post earlier, but did you do it right after making the order, or some time after?

Would be a shame to have pre-ordered but not get into any of the days because you never got the code.

OH MY GOD JUST 4 MORE DAYS!

I preordered and redeemed my code the first week of August (a week and a half after preorders started), so hopefully I can get in on the 13th or (more realistically) the 14th.

Its maybe for the best that I didn't pre-order it early. I'd rather not fail exams.

I just went and paid off the balance on my CE at GameStop!

I redeemed my code on August 8th, so even if I don't get in on the 13th, it'll probably be the 14th. I'm ok with this. Really, I am.

If I hit 21 in just 28 hours of gameplay, by the time release day hit's i'll most likely be at least 25 and working on my crafting to make money to buy my goddamned driving license frustratingly.

The silly thing is, there'll be quite the number of 50s by the time the official release rolls around on the 20th.

True that. While I plan on taking the time and really enjoying the game and story, my goal is level 25 by the the 25th. I'm sure i'll get that, but that way if I end up being really busy, it buys me some more time and if I burn through Act I, well...so be it. I normally don't set goals like that for myself in an MMO setting, but it's more than doable while still really taking in the game.

Since I work full-time, I don't see myself hitting level cap for a good bit, and I really want to enjoy this game instead of just power leveling as fast as possible. To hit 50 by release would be nuts. If someone manages that...

I think 25ish would be reasonable by release for me.

Back in the beta weekend, I got to 19 in one day(on my BH), so I imagine I'll be able to get to 25 or so on my Trooper, since I can skip all of the dialogue up to level 17 without missing anything I haven't already seen.

If not 50, I plan to be 40+ by the time the 20th rolls around.
